Custom Award Design

One of the unique things I've been able to do is create custom awards. I worked with clients and sales people to brainstorm ideas based on the client's needs for recognition. Then I determine size, materials, and decoration methods, and create mockups. I would then work with suppliers and fabricators for production of the final product.
